Darkwater Systems LLC is licensed by NYS Department of State to install & service CCTV, Burglar/Fire and Access Control Systems. We believe that client privacy and a high bar for safety & security set our services apart from the field of other qualified installation companies.
IT/WiFi
Behind every great low voltage system is a stable and fast network. We design our systems to be scalable and upgradable. All of our custom designed WiFi networks include remote management capabilities which can be provided by our team with an annual subscription.
AUTOMATION
We have partnered with Lutron, Control 4 and Josh Ai to provide our clients with emerging automation technology that works reliably. Regardless of system size, the backbone of most systems we install is OVRC Cloud which allows our team to perform remote firmware updates, system monitoring, troubleshooting and remotely rebooting of equipment.

We have carefully selected Lutron as our exclusive vendor for integrated lighting and motorized window treatments. We have tested many platforms and determined that Lutron offers the most elegant and reliable ecosystem.
